1 Definitions and Introduction

The key terms used in this document are defined below:

• Payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Deposits and withdrawals must only be made through a payment method registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• For suspicious or unusual transactions, basa7 reserves the right to carry out additional verification procedures.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.

4 Welcome Bonus and Promotional Offers

basa7 offers an attractive welcome bonus for new users. The terms related to this bonus are as follows:

• Bonus amount: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000; deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total ৳17,000.
• Wagering Requirement: You must wager 15 times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, the bonus winnings become withdrawable after placing ৳15,000 in bets. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• The bonus may only be used in designated game categories.
• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting the bonus conditions may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5 Game Usage Rules

Users must follow the rules below while playing games on basa7:

• Each game has its own rules, which are provided in detail on that game's page.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, any bets placed will be refunded.
• Playing games using any kind of software, bot, or automation tool is strictly prohibited.
• If there is any dispute over a game result, basa7's server logs will be treated as the final reference.
• Collusion (unethical coordination with other players) or the use of deceptive tactics is prohibited.
• In live casino games, you must treat dealers and other players with respect.

6 VIP Program

basa7's VIP program has three tiers, and users are promoted based on their gaming activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Users can be promoted from Bronze to Silver and from Silver to Gold through consistent and active gaming. VIP benefits may change at basa7's discretion and are subject to change without notice.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the basa7 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or the transfer of illegal funds.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or steal their information.

• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

If such activities are detected, basa7 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8 basa7's Rights and Limitations

• The right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
• The right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account if evidence of a breach of these Terms is found.
• The right to temporarily or permanently discontinue any part of a game or service.
• The right to recover any rewards or bonuses incorrectly paid out due to a technical error.
• The right to take the platform temporarily offline for necessary maintenance.

basa7 is not responsible for any loss caused by the user's internet connection, device software, or a failure of a third-party service.

9 User Responsibilities
